The great thing about this band is that it's all about the music. it's not about who gets to solo and who's the star and all that stuff. It's about playing together. It's about the groove!

"Grooves" is our new album together with Uffe Steen Trio. It's the follow-up to the "Doppler Effect" album we released together in 2018. But this time there's a new twist:

"Grooves" brings our two trios together, forming what is now a powerful sextet! On "Grooves" you get all 6 of us playing together on all the tracks. It's no longer two trios - it's a band!
We're very proud to present this new album to you!

Side A was recorded as a live session at Fermaten. There was no audience: We set up everything on the floor, Dennis Ahlgren mic'ed everything so we could play in a circle together, and then we hit the record button. For the vibe, see the video above!

Side B was recorded live on the road, this is a powerful set that we're proud of!

Mastered by the legendary Bob Katz, this album is 24bit/96kHz. The sound is stunning! You can buy the files, or pick up the yellow vinyl or the CD. We've made a great effort to make these items cool like we always do!
