For the first time, superdrummer Steve Gadd joins his friends from the "Gadd Gang" days, Eddie Gomez and Ronnie Cuber, for a production with the multiple Grammy Award-winning WDR Big Band. Under the direction of Michael Abene, the result is a fantastically grooving album centered on Steve Gadd and his friends. They are joined by guest musicians Bobby Sparks II and Simon Oslender

In January and February 2022, the recordings took place in Studio 4 of the WDR.
