Laurence Juber - A Day In My Life (2024) [Official Digital Download]

In the twenty-plus years since it was first suggested that Laurence Juber should record a set of Beatles tunes, he's released four albums in the 'LJ Plays the Beatles' series. This new album came out of a fresh opportunity to record at the famed Abbey Road Studios, in the very same studio the Beatles recorded so many years before - Studio 2. It was also in this very studio where LJ was recording in 1978 when he got the call to audion for Wings. He proceeded to work with Paul and Linda at the Abbey Road Studio, which became a second home during sessions for the 'Back to the Egg' album. That was the last time he had been there, until now.

The digital and special vinyl release of "A Day In My Life" will coincide with the 60th anniversary of the Beatle's debut on Ed Sullivan’s show on February 9th, 2024 and LJ will be a featured guest at The Beatlefest in New York at the TWA hotel at JFK that weekend.
